Either from the time the home was built or when Dan Ryan came back in 2019 and replaced a piece of flashing at my house. I can not get ahold of anyone via phone or email. Insurance will not pay to fix wall and I am out of pocket thousands of dollars. This should have never happened and is work done poorly. On June 6 still no evaluation was completed, I sent an email. He responded, "Please provide address community with each request," are you kidding me?

But I responded with the requested information the same day. As of June 21 I had not heard from anyone, sent another email. As of today the area is getting worse and eroding deeper on the other side of the fence down the hill without any further contact from them.

Neva did try to help us out with our mail situation, as we didn’t get mailbox/keys until about 3 weeks after closing. The first day of construction, we noticed cut corners. We’d had a bad experience with a builder before, so we stopped by the site daily to check on things. We found that the workers were drinking on the job, many were illegal and didn’t speak English, and they employed children to do construction. We were told that these things would be addressed, but they weren’t. Before closing, we had 5 walk-throughs. We’d asked that it be put in a certain location for us to be able to put in a pool.

My husband told Deangelo & he said “don’t worry, if it’s not replaced before closing day, I will take a window out of another construction to make sure you all have a good window”. We received a new window in January about 2-3 weeks after we were in our home. Our island was not the correct one, we received a new one after closing.

Apartment Amenities

While these apartments look great from the outside, the quality of construction and amenities are not in line with the prices they charge. Cabinets are poorly constructed, noise from adjacent units comes right through the walls , and property gates and pool are frequently out of service for long periods of time. However the biggest drawback is the staff. Once you sign the lease the staff's friendly disposition goes right out the window. Maintenance requests are ignored, and requests for updates are blown off, and they are just generally rude overall especially the manager. You're in the middle of the best part of the city.

Top Pet Friendly apartments have specified that they accept pets and feature a number pet friendly amenities for renters with furry friends. Nice enough apartments at first glance, but many appliances were not working at move in. Cupboards and drawers were dirty, and never got cleaned after notifying the office. It took nearly two months and more than six times contacting the office to get help with maintenance and other issues. Enough you have to pay in order $ 20.00 to pay with credit card and $3.00 for checking as if the rent wasn't high enough.

We have been renters of this facility for a year this coming April. Staff was friendly during tour and leasing contract times. After signing, employees lack in customer service in reference to addressing issues and concerns in building number 8.

I told her I was interested and asked when I could take a look at it. So I come back on Wednesday and another lady is in the office. She tells me she's already put a "24 hour hold" for someone else! Great communication and professionalism!
